The Shell Gift Card can be redeemed at the pump or in store, while the Shell eGift Card can be redeemed through the Shell App.
 

If you have a digital Shell eGift Card, you’ll first need to download the Shell App and create a user profile. Then, simply add the eGift card to the app as a payment method and use it at the pump or in store for Shell stations that accept mobile payments. For pay-at-the-pump redemption, follow the instructions on the Shell App.
